A ADMINISTRATION SECTION, TERMINAL “A” TORONTO ONT January 22 1965 cancel. The rate of registration was 35 cents, the special delivery rate was 25 cents, a normal letter was 5 cents, but this is a DROP LETTER and those were 4 cents first oz thus the 64 cents fee paid with two 25 cents Chemical Industry #363 from the industry issue, a 10 cents Eskimo Hunter #351 and a 4 cents Cameo Issue #404. Carrier drop letter rate abolished November 1, 1968. Scarce usage.
